My favorite pharmacy. If you are looking for friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists, efficient staff, and a team that actually cares about your health, dr Ikes is the BEST pharmacy to go. The staff are nice, approachable, and fast working. The pharmacists are compassionate and go above and beyond for their customers. And did I mention, they have 24/7 pharmacist on call for emergency consult. Thank you Dr Ikes for all the care and support.

Dr. Ike’s is one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The ladies up front always make you feel welcome, have a smile and help in any way they can. The pharmacist and there are two are extremely knowledgeable and make you understand what you are taking. And even though the wait is never more than 20 minutes to have a prescription filled, never has been a time that they didn’t have what I needed but if for some reason they didn’t or you cannot wait they will mail or have delivered to you. how wonderful is that. Been using Dr Ike’s Pharmacy for over a year now. If you want a Pharmacy that will jump over hoops to get the medication you require & get insurance to cover, this is the Pharmacy for you. They try & give it their all, for the Patients. They stay on top of my refills & are reliable. They are friendly & responsive when you arrive. You get personalized service that you won’t get at CVS or some of the other large chain.

My husband and I love Dr Ike’s Pharmacy both on Tampa in Northridge and on Ventura Blvd in Studio City!!! We mainly use the New Northridge location where Hairut was professional and willing to go the extra mile for us from the very beginning. Jackie has a very sweet and helpful nature about her as well. No more running out of our meds for days because we have to run around the city to see who has our medication in stock only to be either turned away because they don’t know us or told that we have to wait a week for the pharmacist to order it even though we are regular patients. Its enough that my husband has Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic pain so we spend a lot of time at Dr.’s offices. We hated the extra hassle of other Pharmacies’ red tape, not stocking our meds, problems with the insurance or drug carriers etc… Dr Ike’s Pharmacy pre-orders our meds and they are always ready on time which I have to say is a breath of fresh air. Studio City actually delivers too. Christony was very helpful today in setting up our delivery and even agreed to deliver some of Dr Ike’s Immune Support with our Rx tonight for our sick family. We love Dr. Ike’s family and are so grateful to have been referred to them

Great service, friendly, they deliver, and out of the dozens and dozens of scripts I’ve had filled there, only once did they not have it in stock and delivered it to me the next day. I won’t go anywhere else.

Fast service and turnaround time. Needed a prescription drug last minute and while all pharmacies were closed they were able to fulfill my prescription and deliver for free of charge. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you.

Also their staff Anna, Berenice and other young staff always welcome you with their sweet smile and caring attitude. I love Dr Ike’s. I have been working with them for more than 4 months and they’re the most professional staff I’ve ever spoke to. I usually work with Marjan Qubadi and she’s such a caring, compassionate and hard working personal that without even meeting her physically, I speak to her million times a day like I have known her forever. She takes care of everything I ask using her knowledge and experience and it’s very easy to work with her. I am so glad I got to work with this pharmacy, it makes my job a lot easier. They are always on top of everything, refills and prescriptions are done on time, never late for even a single day. Thanks for taking care of people and their needs on such a high level. This pharmacy is great! It’s clean, spacious, and best of all, the customer service is fantastic. I’m a clinic manager at Exer Urgent Care and my nurse had called them in advance to discuss our needs. When I showed up the following day I was greeted with smiles by 3 staff members. Upon sharing where I was from, they immediately remembered me and what my clinic needed. I’ll certainly come here for personal needs as well moving forward! Thanks crew!! Keep up the good work!! 🙂

I’ve had my prescriptions filled here since Dr.Ike’s Pharmacy was located in Studio City. They are extremely polite and have the best customer service, Lucine and Harut are the pharmacists there and they are beyond knowledgeable and helpful, my copay was very high and they went out of their way to find me a copay card and bring it down to $10. They also offered me their free delivery service which I thought was super convenient. Thank you guys, I look forward to seeing you guys on my next fill. Keep up the great work, you guys are the best.
